| Educated as a Chemical Engineer, Tony is a versatile senior manager who has been successful in a variety of roles, including business process consulting, training, quality management in the private sector, production management in chemical process industries, and education within community colleges and with all levels of government – Federal, Provincial and Municipal. |
|
| As a hands-on facilitator and consultant, Tony has been “turning lights on” with front-line employees and in the Board Room for over 20 years. Recently he took a shop floor Fleet Maintenance crew of a major electrical utility through a Process Improvement initiative that identified and delivered significant annualized savings. |
|
| His highly analytical skills and “do-anything-for-our clients” attitude makes Tony very unique. His most recent accomplishment includes managing the strategic alignment process for a pre-eminent grocery retailer who now report unprecedented year over year store sales growth, attributed in large part to increased organizational focus. |
