WHO ARE WE?   

            FOCUS  is a Canadian firm that specializes in accelerating results. We have extensive client experience with profit and not-for profit organization ranging in size from 20 to 33,000 employees.  Our clients are predominantly in Canada but can also be found in the United States and Mexico.             The firm was founded in 1999 by Fred Pidsadny who has extensive experience in senior level positions, for national and international companies and subsequently as a strategic planning and organizational effectiveness consultant.  The firm's principals Richard Gerofsky and Dan Clifford are both business seasoned.  Richard is a master meeting designer and facilitator.  Dan is exceptional at finding business solutions.

            Collectively we have worked with over 300 organizations in the Americas and Europe.  Many of our clients are in the Top 500 companies. Several of our client CEOs have made the ‘Top 40, Under 40’ list.

WHAT DO WE DO?
                 
            Our passion is improving results through strategic alignment.  Our talent is in designing and facilitating incredibly powerful meetings that are focussed on goals that require attention, whether they be strategic/long term or annual/operational in nature.  The result of our work is an organization that is aligned from top to bottom on the things that are important.  Our clients express their results in these ways:

WHAT DON’T WE DO?

Although we have a healthy respect for those that do, we DO NOT:

  • conduct studies nor write the OBR (One Big Report!) that follows
  • present  training workshops
  • run conferences or seminars
  • consider ourselves team builders, yet stronger teams are built through the work we do
  • tell our clients how to ‘fix’ their challenges but we facilitate conversations that will
